Deborah Byrne

Recently, Deborah Byrne moved to Ohio. She wanted to be a singer, but somebody stole all the her good names and made records! People would get really angry with her when they arrived at her concerts and confused her with some blond chick named Britney Spears and some other chick named Aretha Franklin. She decided to become a poet instead and went on the win the Grolier Poetry Prize, Edgar Allan Poe Award, and (really!) quite a few others. Her poetry and short stories have been published in journals including Denver Quarterly, Wisconsin Review, and Ohio Review. She has met the man of her dreams, a short, hairy guy named Paco and is hoping to live happily everafter with him.
