My book is a wake up call to other perspectives and a remembrance of how much we humans are alike. We have a huge responsibility to all the changes now taking place. The greatest responsibility is to wake up to unconditional love, compassion, understanding, honesty, and development of the heart. With awakening comes the awareness that we, each of us, moment by moment, have the choice to heal ourselves completely, to stop denial, and to recognize that we can fulfill our potential as individual human beings thereby changing our vibrational energy patterns. We can heal ourselves. We can heal the earth. It's not too late.

I've been granted many life lessons and I am thankful for each and every one. Without all the trauma, grief, self pity, and despair my desire my passion my hope for growth wouldn't have been born. It has given me the capacity for compassion, understanding, and tolerance.

I am just a fellow earthling living on planet Earth, realizing that Heaven and Hell are just a state of mind. Everyday I can see miracles of life all around me. For that I am thankful.

I hope that I will live to see the day when differences are put aside and that we unite as a human race. And I hope that my children will have the choice of alternative lifestyles. And I hope, in that new world, money is not the only measure of worth. I hope people will care for each other. I firmly believe that we all have the potential to build a brighter future for ourselves and our children. And I dedicate all of my energies, for the rest of my life, to work to achieve these goals, these ideals.

So throw out the doom and gloom and take all the necessary inner action. Start the chain of reaction. Remember: individuals can change.

With Mountains of Joy
