Projects under the company are, REYKJAVIK SHORTFILM FESTIVAL which the company is in charge for, a yearly festival. We must emphasize that The Reykjavik Short Film Festival is the only arena for filmmakers to publicly show their short films in Iceland, and has become one of the most important cultural events of the year. The Reykjavik Short Film Festival was originally formed as a catalyst for young filmmakers. SR ehf is motion picture and video production, and main proffesion is to produce feature films, commercials, music videos, short films and documentaries, both for television and cinemas for national and international market. Other activity is to produce music and concerts and all kind of art exhibitions and events. SR ehf, is a member of Icelandic Film Association, Icelandic Film Directors Organization and Federation of Icelandic Industries. Main proffession of the company is to produce feature films.
