Signature collection going well
The number of volunteers is increasing, and it’s
become obvious that the message has reached far and wide,
despite obstacles. Signature lists are available all over,
including at the Grey Cat, Ölstofan, Next Bar, Kling
and Bang Gallery, and the Modern Art Museum. And of course
it’s possible to print out a copy here on the Home Page.
The probability of my success in the upcoming election is
increasing every day, and I believe the voters will, in the
end, use their votes well.
When the rains of opposition fall down on us, we put on our
foul-weather gear and join hands. In the next few days and
weeks I will be visiting schools and businesses, to encourage
the collection of signatures and to meet the people of this
country in person.
Many times I’ve been told that I need a
woman by my side, and my good friend Dorrit is one of those
whose expressed this opinion. I agree with these voices in
some ways, though it’s also very nice being single in
that a person who walks with god is never really alone.
And beautiful women are never that far away.
Campaign funds are not too plentiful, but the
sale of my Writs of Forgiveness (soon available in English)
have taken a leap recently and it seems that people have responded
well to them. I have total faith in these Writs and truly
hope that the sinners among us will soon be walking the streets
redeemed.
Best regards,
Snorri Ásmundsson
